Returns & Refund Policy

Returns / Exchange
Please note colours and materials can vary of 5%, due to many factors including pc screen, phone screen, photo lightning. we shall not be held liable for any variation .If for any reason you are unhappy with your bed, it can be returned strictly in the original packaging and must be communicated to us within 48 hours since delivery. We will not accept returns after this period. This does not apply to mattresses. They are non returnable/refundable under any circumstances.
The returns cost is solely the responsibly of the buyer, unless you would like us to collect the bed. This incurs a collection and re-stocking fee of £120. This does not apply if the bed is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing fault. Please note all beds must be thoroughly checked for any damages whilst the delivery driver is present. You must immediately notify the driver of any damages and not accept the delivery. Any damages reported once the driver has left will not be accepted.
How to return a product
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Contact us first, as returns can only be accepted if you have notified us i.e email within 48 hours

Refund
Upon receiving the return, the bed will be inspected and a full refund will be processed. If you have chosen collection of the bed, a fee of £120 will be deducted from your total refund.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the product will fit all stairs, passages, doors, etc. until it reaches the room where you will keep it. Also make sure there will be enough space for the (assembled) product to fit in that room. Check the Measuring Guide and the Dimensions on the product pages for more information. If the product doesn't fit, we will not accept returns. You should call our customer services team if any information isn't listed. Alternatively please email for any further information.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us VIA email, phone call or social media if you are un-sure of sizing and dimensions. If you are un-sure of colour and material, you have the option to purchase fabric samples before buying the bed. We do not offer refunds/exchanges if you are unhappy with the bed colour or material as it is your responsibility to select the correct one at the checkout. We shall not be held responsible for any variation of the same nor have any liability. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel the order you may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After this period the cancellation will result in a £100 re-stocking fee. This will be deducted from your total refund.
Delivery Policy

INSPECT GOODS FOR ANY DAMAGES UPON DELIVERY
Please note all beds must be thoroughly checked for any damages or faults whilst the delivery driver is present. You must immediately notify the driver of any damages and not accept the delivery or sign for the delivery. Any damages that are reported once the driver has left will not be accepted by Clearance Beds.
STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE
With our standard delivery service, we aim to deliver all the processed orders within 2 weeks and sooner where possible. This does not include bed assembling. We will however keep you informed throughout the process therefore please make sure we have your correct contact details (Valid Mobile Number) & EMAIL ADDRESS.
We use third party couriers who will contact you for a scheduled delivery time. Delivery times are between 6am-8pm. You will be given a time slot 1 day before the day of your delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a call on the number provided one hour before arrival Please Note - Deliveries are to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY (subject to any access or health and safety limitations).

This service is offered Free of Charge and covers all our beds and mattresses. If
you have any specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.

Please Note: If we have tried to deliver to you once free of charge and for any reason you miss the delivery date/time, it will result in a charge of £50 . we will attempt to deliver again on another date however this will concur a fee.
If you miss the delivery and wish to cancel the order, a fee of £100 will be deducted from your total refund.

We do not accept any blame or liability for customers removing or disposing of old goods - we advise to only dispose of any old goods after the delivery of the new goods.
