ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES

Please check with our sales team before placing an order to confirm we deliver to your area. Some areas have a sur-charge of £20-£40. These are not calculated at the checkout.

INSPECT GOODS FOR ANY DAMAGES UPON DELIVERY

Please note all beds must be thoroughly checked for any damages or faults whilst the delivery driver is present. You must immediately notify the driver of any damages and not accept the delivery or sign for the delivery. Any damages that are reported once the driver has left will NOT be accepted by Clearance Beds.

STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE

With our standard delivery service, we aim to deliver all the processed orders within 2 weeks and sooner where possible. This does NOT include bed assembling. We will however keep you informed throughout the process therefore please make sure we have your correct contact details (Valid Mobile Number) & EMAIL ADDRESS.

We use third party couriers who will contact you for a scheduled delivery time. Delivery times are between 6am-8pm. You will be given a time slot 1 day before the day of your delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a call on the number provided one hour before arrival Please Note - Deliveries are to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY (subject to any access or health and safety limitations).

This service is offered Free of Charge and covers all our beds and mattresses. If

you have any specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please email us to discuss your requirements.

Please Note: If we have tried to deliver to you once free of charge and for any reason you miss the delivery date/time, it will result in a charge of £50 . we will attempt to deliver again on another date however this will concur a fee.
If you miss the delivery and wish to cancel the order, a fee of £100 will be deducted from your total refund.

COURIERS BED FITTING/ASSEMBLING CHARGES:

£60 STORAGE BEDS

£50 NONE STORAGE BEDS

If you would like this service booking please add a note on your order at the checkout if you would like the assembling service provided by the courier company. This is paid directly by you the customer to the driver on the day of delivery once they have assembled the bed frame. Alternatively email info@clearance-beds.co.uk with your order number and we can get it booked for you this way instead.

We do not accept any blame or liability for customers removing or disposing of old goods - we advise to only dispose of any old goods after the delivery of the new goods.
